Ephesians 1:19-21 MSG & NLT

God wants to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally, your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is he is calling you to do.He wants us to understand the greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms, Far above all principality and power and might and dominion. endless energy, boundless strength!
Ephesians 1:19-21 MSG & NLT

Amen!!! Glory to God! !!

2 Corinthians 4:7

I put all my expectations in You, Lord. I repent of the times I have expected other people or other things to meet my needs when I should have been looking to You. I know that You are the only one who can complete me because You are everything I need. All that I ever wanted in my life can be found in You.

We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure.  This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.
2 Corinthians 4:7

All of My Needs

Whenever you are disappointed because your needs are not being met, encourage yourself and say, “My soul waits silently for God alone, for my expectation is for Him” (Psalm 62:5). Then tell God about all your needs and everything that is in your heart. Don’t worry, He won’t be surprised or shocked. He already knows. He is just waiting to hear it from you.

Decree and Declare:
– My God supplies all of my needs according to His riches in glory.

Renew Me…..My Lord

Dear Lord, more than I need to be right, or perceived as perfect…I need you. I know that the life of faith isn’t about perfection. I want to free myself from the expectations of others so that I can live fully under the covering of your hope and grace. Show me what’s missing. Lord, I pray that you will have mercy upon me, according to Your loving kindness; according to the multitude of Your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions…Create in me a clean heart….and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. Show me the truth about myself so that I can see it clearly. Make me clean and right before You. I want to receive Your forgiveness so that times of refreshing may come from Your presence.

In Jesus name I pray, Amen

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.

Isaiah 40:30-31

Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Psalm 51:10

I acknowledged my sin to You, and my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and You forgave the iniquity of my sin.

Psalm 32:5

The Transformed Life of God

Before I was saved (accepted Jesus Christ in my life) I went through a long portion of life without really seeing it. I was heartbroken, but the source of that pain was too difficult to look at closely. Even when I knew things were not right, I was not necessarily able to discern what was wrong or what went wrong….all I knew was pain.

When you examine your life, what do you see? Is it empty? Is it whole and healed? Or have you even looked lately? Spend time in prayer. Ask God to reveal what needs to be turned over to him to be repaired and restored.

When we decide to live in the light of God, we receive our spiritual superpower…lol, well to be more correct our lives are improved, elevated beyond our prebelief existence. We have the power of the Holy Spirit at work in us and through us.

If you are living the same way with the same mind-set, choices, and power features, then you haven’t yet started to live the transformed life of God. Are you afraid you won’t recognize yourself if you give everything over to God? Is the “known” of the old, limited existence too comfortable to leave behind? The toughest life choice for some people is their initial acceptance of God, for others it is the decision to live a God empowered life. What will you choose?

Dear Lord, I don’t want to stop growing or feeling. I need the security of your hope so that I can safely examine my life. I don’t want to be numb as I carve out a path through the day. I want to be filled with passion and purpose. Lord, I want to walk in your light. I see how my way has not allowed for the changes that should take place in my journey. Help me let go of the fears so that I can experience transformation in you. I pray you would help me set my life in right order. I want to always put You first above all else in my life. Teach me how to love You with all my heart, mind, and soul. Show me when I am not doing that. Show me if I have lifted up my soul to an idol. My desire is to serve You and only You. Please help me to live accordingly. Give me a submissive heart.  I know that if my life is not in proper order I will not receive the blessings You have for me. But I also know that if I seek You first, all that I need will be added to me. I seek You first this day and ask that You would enable me to put my life in perfect order.

 In Jesus name I pray

He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.

Matthew 10:39
